Terms of Use - Diamonds and VIP Pre-Order

Welcome to our pre-order. Before making your purchase, please read the terms below carefully. By completing the transaction, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Pre-Order

1.1. Diamonds and VIP purchased in this pre-order will only be made available after the official launch of the game. No content will be delivered in advance.

1.2. The game's release is currently expected in 2026 and may change if necessary.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. All purchases made in this pre-order are final and non-refundable.

2.2. If the buyer gives up or cannot use the purchased items, there will be no cash refund. However, equivalent in-game credits may be offered for other Cyber Gyn Games products or services, subject to prior agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. By making a purchase, the buyer declares that they meet the legal minimum age requirement or have permission from a parent or guardian to complete the transaction.

3.2. The buyer also declares that all information provided during the purchase is true and accurate.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if irregularities are identified, such as false information or suspected fraud.

3.4. If the project is discontinued or the game is not released, buyers will be compensated with equivalent credits for other Cyber Gyn Games services or products.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The game is still in development and may change before launch. The attributes or benefits of diamonds and VIP purchased in this pre-order may be adjusted for game balance purposes.

4.2. We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from purchase process errors caused by third parties, such as payment providers.

4.3. We are not responsible for expectations that go beyond what is clearly described in this pre-order.
