Purchase Terms - Diamonds, VIP and Items

Before making your purchase, please read the terms below carefully. By completing the transaction, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Delivery in Both Versions

1.1. Diamonds, VIP and items purchased on this page will be granted in the current TestServ after payment confirmation and will be granted again in the future official online version.

1.2. The buyer must provide the requested information correctly and send the receipt to the administrator so the account can be identified and the benefits delivered.

1.3. TestServ and Online Version saves are separate. Character progress will not be transferred; only the diamonds, VIP and items actually purchased will be granted again in the Online Version.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. All purchases made on this page are final and non-refundable.

2.2. If the buyer gives up or cannot use the purchased items, there will be no cash refund. However, equivalent in-game credits may be offered for other Cyber Gyn Games products or services, subject to prior agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. By making a purchase, the buyer declares that they meet the legal minimum age requirement or have permission from a parent or guardian to complete the transaction.

3.2. The buyer also declares that all information provided during the purchase is true and accurate.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if irregularities are identified, such as false information or suspected fraud.

3.4. If the project is discontinued or the game is not released, buyers will be compensated with equivalent credits for other Cyber Gyn Games services or products.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The game is still in development and may receive balance adjustments. The diamond quantities, VIP period and items described in the purchased package will be honored in both versions.

4.2. We are not responsible for damages or losses arising from purchase process errors caused by third parties, such as payment providers.

4.3. We are not responsible for expectations that go beyond what is clearly described in the purchased offer and these terms.

6. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The changes will take effect immediately after publication. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.
